Studies show that when employees work in an open or "creative" work space, they too become more creative in their work. Collaboration goes up and overall happiness among employees goes up as well. It has a lot to do with an increased pride in their company. When companies practice open work spaces, it offers them the opportunity to show off the companies identity. When there is a clear and positive identity, it doesn't take long for employees to latch onto that identity, take pride in it, and work for its prosperity.
